My tire had a nail stuck and almost got ripped off by Firestone located on W Florida where they didn’t do their job.. they claimed my tire wasn’t patchable and they didn’t even take off the tire to actually look at it and was about to order me a tire without asking me if I wanted to go that direction. Luckily, this location had great customer service and were honest and reliable which felt great. They said my tire was completely fine & patchable instead of lying to me like Firestone did. THANK YOU, Desert Tires. You guys earned a customer!

Went in for a simple alignment and was told car needed special parts charged $100 just to have the car still drive like sht. Took it back to them a employee of them said what they had done to the car didn’t need it. When asked to put it back the way it was they said "o we toss the bolt away" I went to the junkyard got the bolts for them to install and ask how can we resolve this all they said was keep the "special parts"......... beware
