You need to ask the patient if they're in detox west or east or residential west or east. Then make it out to patient name, (detox/residential east/west) followed by the address
We should caution that sending packages to patients through the mail is not as easy as you might think. Along with the many safety concerns regarding items sent to patients, there is an inherent risk to a patient's privacy if we even accept a package addressed to an individual that is not staff. It implies that the person addressed is in our care, so we are likely to refuse it.
