This is my second time going to this imaging center. Each visit has been exceptional! The women are all so wonderful in spirit and super professional. The technicians are kind and respectful. Mammograms are not easy but they make the experience as pleasant as possible and I look forward to having them to my services in the future.

Nice place. Good system for dealing with a lot of mammogram patients. Appt was quick. Did not wait long. Only problem was with mammogram therapist not ultrasound therapist. Mammogram therapist had very abrupt personality. Seemed to be upset because i didn’t hear what she asked me as I am hard of hearing. Not personable at all.

I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment as suggested. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be called. When I finally got into the technician for my mammogram, she informed me she cannot do a mammogram on me because I have pain. I did not even understand what she was referring to. She explained very nicely that when I made my appointment and let them know I was having pain on my right side they should have notified me that I needed a different test done. I told her I waited a very long time for this appointment, then proceeded to wait in the office 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be told you cannot see me? She said the front desk should have also caught this. I asked her how I could have this taken care of today. She explained how and I did have my mammogram completed. I’m todays world of hospitality, everyone, and every company need to take a step back and take accountability for their short comings. At the minimum, an apology. This center is so busy with non stop women coming for something that is a bit scary, only to meet with delays and very little hospitality. The technician actually was so kind and helpful and saved this review from being a one. I appreciated her honesty and help. At the end of my ordeal, my parking validation was triple what it should have been due to the delays, and not on my part. Please train your staff to understand customer service and what to do if you make mistakes or running behind.

Has parking in the rear so that was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and professional. Over heard several staff speaking to patients in different languages and I thought that was pretty cool to have staff able to communicate with all patients. The wait wasn’t long at all. The team members here really went out of their way to accommodate all my needs in one visit so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience here.

Wow Lisa, I'm so sorry you had that experience. I've gone there 2 times so far and they took very good care of me. The doctor was proactive back in 2011, Dr Bendavid (if I'm not mistaken) he did a thorough check and caught cancer in its earliest stage. I've been cancer free for over 6yrs now, it'll be 7rs in June. Report your feelings to the office manager. That goes further then the post here. Sincerely
