We were absolutely thrilled with the service. The nurses and Doctor took excellent care to protect a broken bone. They acted like the patient was a friend rather than a job to get done.

Terrible place. DO NOT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY ROOM! You will die. Went in there today at 3:23 p.m. Very infected finger that is now turning black and purple. I was one of only 2 people in there. More people started to arrive (like usual). Long story short, 4 people were seen before me and I was there until 7:41 p.m. UNSEEN! Ridiculous.

We strive to triage and have all patients evaluated by medical personnel as quickly as possible. After initial evaluation, wait times for treatment can vary widely, and multiple factors play into that. Sometimes, it's imaging equipment availability or fulfilling a medication order, or other times, the staff could be waiting on a test result to come back to be able to take next steps. Seasonality, time of day, and volume of patients also impact wait times. Unfortunately that sometimes happens at all Dr. office and hospitals..The Dr.s and nurses are overwhelmed when lots of people start coming in sick. Sorry to hear that.
Some Dr's do work Saturday's...But names ,Not sure of.

I'm sorry for your trouble .I wish I could help,but you got a non native Dr. The nurses were very nice to us.But the Dr.they gave my family he was very rude. And acted like he really didn't care.So I don't think its the nurses..I believe she got the WRONG Dr. I know we did.
