I probably half to put my dog Lucy down . She is a 13+ years old dachshund around 21 pounds. How much would it cost me to bring her there to get her cremated and how long does the process take ? This is very hard to do and still need to find a place

You put your pet down at the vet and they usually use a certain animal cremation place (call your vet to see who they use). And then you'll fill out some paper work to let them know your wishes. The remains will get picked up from the vet so you don't need to do anything. The vet charged us around $90 for euthanasia and to get back ashes was around $150. Usually no longer than a week or 2. So sorry about your dog. :(

That's a terrible shame. $1000 for that service? Your vet should be ashamed. I'm sorry you had to go through that and I hope you got it figured out to your liking.

I paid to have Checky put down about 140 and 135 Creamation but the go by weight so Creamation woukbe less for you pup call vet and find out all is by weight Checky was 56 lbs
