??? Really, what are they producing? In most business models, profitability is a function of productivity, price, and volume. In other words, a company's success is measured by how efficiently it uses it's resources to produce it's products, the price it can sell it's products, and how many products it can actually sell. Believe me, this outfit is seriously lacking in this area when it comes to serving it's average customer's needs.
