Yes. Our Nature Trail along the waterfowl ponds have recently been upgraded and offer excellent bird viewing opportunities. There is also the adjacent BLM land with miles of trails to explore.

Yes, there's hiking. The 2nd time our daughter & friends went w/ us she spotted 100s of deer 2gether. The owl hits r amazing as well! Do stop n to see, there's over 300 different species of birds, 1000s of kinds of insects and more than a hundred types of plants. The fishing is great, my favorite is the bass!

The nature trail is lovely, but not very long. Lots of unmarked roads and game trails in the nearby BLM land, but not what I think of as typical hiking trails.
