After oil change here, I couldn't find my 2nd phone and sunglasses which were left at the dashboard of my car. I m not sure it happened here or somewhere else but one thing I know is that the next day, I couldn't find them. Not good feeling.

Sounds like a pretty quick judgement after stating you weren't sure where it happened. Also, took until the next day to discover them missing? I've been going there for years with no problem.
