My first time coming to Toyota of Poway, I’ve been a customer of the Bob Baker/ now Larry Miller Toyota dealership in Lemon Grove for 20 years and the price of a service for oil change went up with no offers for package deals on oil changes any longer. I’ve been purchasing this for many years and always remained loyal to this dealership. 3 new vehicles purchased off their lot in 20 years. I decided it was time to shop around and Poway is much closer to me than Lemon Grove. I’ll miss my service advisor Trudy who has been the most wonderful company/corporate person I’ve ever known, she genuinely cares about her customers. Toyota of Poway - Jessica was so kind and so easy to talk with. Very helpful and understood my instructions about the truck. My truck was done in an hour and there were no calls about the things my truck ‘needs’ as was always the previous experience with Lemon Grove. Always trying to sell me fix this fix that. This review is for the Service Dept who earned my 5 Stars. Service is fast with an appointment. I have never been out as quickly as Toyota of Poway; service was just over 30 minutes for a routine oil change for an early am appointment. We have been a Toyota family since the early seventies with many trips to Toyota dealerships and this dealership is now in my Top 3. From the initial drive up to checkout, everyone provided fast and friendly service. Remember to make an appointment prior to coming in which is simple to make via their website. The place is clean, plenty of room to sit with a lot of other businesses that are within walking distance. There is also the usual coffee, TV and free wifi in the customer waiting area. Highly recommend.
