steamed fish is "on request". the best is sea bass. Mike Grgich, the 95 year old owner of Grgich Hills Winery eats it at lunch 3-4 days a week during season with it's ginger rice set up. you need only ask. it is not on the menu as steamed by sauteed but is easily done as i said with most of our fish dishes. kipp downing - owner
