Have fun, smile, say hello. If they have a date, they'll say so or introduce them... or they would be the one being disrespectful to their date.
Eye contact. If you see someone you find attractive, occasionally glance and lock eyes with him. Hold the stare a second and then glance away. Do that a couple times, and if he's interested he'll approach (or you could if he keeps locking eyes with you). ...cruising 101. ...but don't do this too much or follow them around, if after 2 or maybe 3 times you're not going to approach and introduce yourself, and they havent at this point, then stop- otherwise you're becoming a stalker and creepy.
