What I love is that it is a smaller gym. Everyone respects each other. Connected to the spa so u can treat yourself to those extra amenities. The gym has towels, Snacks, easy acceas from 75, and easy parking.
Glenn...we have a coed steam room and whirlpool at the Mockingbird location. You do not need to bring your own lock. We have a separate sauna at the other 2 locations
