This location has really worked hard throughout the pandemic to maintain their doors open to their members. In doing so they have really created a great sense of community amongst it’s members. Their cleanliness and organization is unmatched and the standard they set has created a culture of respect and mindfulness. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Training sessions with groups or one on one are challenging and engaging enough. Facility has always felt clean and maintained, I've been coming since 2015 and recommend this gym anytime I can! Downside I have now found is good luck getting parking on a Saturday. Surrounding Bishop Arts area patrons take up the parking lot intended for the gym and Cafe Brazil. More than once I’ve had to turn around and go back home.

This is a very nice gym in the heart of Bishop Arts. They just remodeled the gym so the facility feels new and nice. Most of the equipment seems newer and in great condition as well. Anytime is probably a little more on the pricier side for a gym, but it does feel more exclusive and the people that use the gym are much more respectful. The gym also doesn’t seem to get too crowded even at peak hours. I used to workout at places like Fitness Connection and Fitness Nation and you can definitely tell the difference. Trainers and staff are also super nice. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a gym!
