The whole staff from the managers, personal trainers, concierge personnel, all the way to the sanitation staff in this location are very professional, reliable and respectful. The location is always clean and sanitized. I am very happy that Terence the Personal Training Director motivated me to be healthy in mind, body and soul by starting Personal Training with Nick. Nick has also motivated me and always stayed positive in everything I do during my work out sessions. I have never been to such an establishment with an excellent staff who are very caring and building professional relationship with their clients. I feel I am home in this facility and always looking forward to attend my work out sessions.

Update: I'm pretty sure the cycle studio doesn't have A/C. The first few times I went and it was brutally hot I thought it was a fluke. But it's happened for the past few weeks in a row now and it's insane. Many people have left the class in the middle because they get too dizzy. People are cramping up. slipping from all the sweat, and its all around gross and uncomfortable. No fans either. Once you walk into the 100* outside temps it feels like an oasis compared to this place. Not okay. Please please fix your AC for the group classes. It's Dallas and it's a gym. AC is 100% necessary. I'm a new member here and so far its delivered as expected. We didn't want to pay $100/mo for a gym and had reasonable expectations. Sure it gets busy at peak times, not all the equipment is stellar, but day to day, its fine. The free towel thing... when we signed up, that literally was part of the reason - it stood out as being a really nice perk. I hate going to a cycle class or swimming laps and leaving with a sweaty/wet towel. When we joined we were told it was part of our Signature Club membership. Turns out, that's not true. I felt like they tricked me... so I honestly just calmly called their Operations Manager and he listed to me, and for my situation, he was able to resolve the problem. I can't tell what is in their power versus "corporate" but like a lot of things, if you talk to the right person and be respectful, it works out.

I'm new to town and wanted to try out a couple local gyms. I got a guest pass online to check it out, and set up an appointment with Silvia. Unfortunately, she was with another guest but Rory took care of me until she freed up. I got a tour of the facility. Silvia answered all my questions - no contract, pricing breakdown, and any other questions. I signed up on one of the rates I saw online. I'm in sales myself so I prefer to give people credit in person. It was fast, friendly and efficient. I've been consistent and enjoy this gym a lot.

I decided to join a gym to help lose some weight. The process was super quick and efficient - I signed up for a tour online and showed up. Ryan and David were great and made it easy. David went over some of my workout goals and gave some great suggestions and tips. Overall I found la fitness to be the best price for the equipment - lots of variety and many weights available. The sauna is a plus.

Backpacks are allowed, but it's my understanding that you should be placing it in a locker. Bags aren't allowed on the floor per se(tripping hazard).

Yes, I know. I'm looking for the specific equipment in this specific gym. The only pictures of the equipment I can see is that the equipment are marked with a large red M. Not sure what equipment manufacturer that is from.
