Terrible experience. The gym is small dark and the front desk was entitled and rude. They forced a guest pass to walk the gym and go over offers before the workout. They were extremely rude and offensive. I will never step foot back in this gym.

WARNING: Fraudulent business. I am not the first of my friends to be charged after canceling. I was told when I signed up with LA that I can cancel my membership in person. When I went to cancel my membership the sales manager told me the membership canceling manager is on vacation and they don’t know when she will be back (red flag). The sales manager also told me he could only freeze my account forever and that it would be the equivalent of canceling but I could sign up anytime with no sign up fee. As it was the closest thing to canceling they were allowing me to do, I went with that. Not too surprising, a few months later I now see I’ve been getting charged for my regular membership again. I call and the employee tells me they also charge $10 a month for frozen accounts. Conveniently the sales manager will call me back. To be continued.

I've toured and been a member at quite a few gyms over the past couple years due to moving around, and I haven't had a better experience joining a gym than I had with LA Fitness. It was the easiest process to schedule a tour (booked it online), and went to go tour the facility one hour later. Ben greeted me right as I walked in and I was beyond impressed with his hospitality and the gym itself! He gave me an in-depth tour and answered every question I had - he walked me through all payment options to find which would be best for me and also got me set up with an assessment with a personal trainer for the next day. My fitness assessment with Brandon was beyond amazing and I cannot wait to train further with him to help me run a half marathon. The gym itself was clean, well organized, and had every amenity I wanted (pool, sauna, fitness classes, a kid's club if you have kids, and more), and the staff is fantastic and has been so welcoming every time I come in. I seriously couldn't have found a better gym to join moving to Dallas!

I mainly use LA Fitness for the pool and have to say the facility is really nice and clean! Seems like there might be new management? Had a really good experience and super impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. Ben was awesome and very helpful!!

Jump in the hot tub instead.
I wish they didn't
Probably thru the VA Program. Need to contact the Veterans Program or Socail Security Administration Offices
Thru the LaFitness App send an email to the Corporate Office. Just remember the clubs are filthy is because some of the members are slobs.
You could try. They usually have you sit through the sales pitch first. Once they finish the spiel, you can work out. Then you have to stop by again on your way out. There is also a your of the facilities. The better way is if you know a member, they could get a one day pass. Sometimes they even have a one week pass.
It goes up to 8 or 9 feet ,the hot tub is 3 or 4 feet
