Decent gym for the price. Some of the equipment needs upgrading, like the barbells are mostly all bent. Be careful of parking. Had my car broken into along with 3 other cars parked near the side of the building.

The weight room floor is big and spacious. The back of the house amenities like the steam room, sauna, pool, spa, bathrooms and showers are all nasty. They don't clean - period.

I've been coming to this gym for years and it's a good place to go. Thanks to the staff for trying to keep it a good place to come. In particular one member of the staff (Melissa) is always smiling when I come in and on my way out. That goes a long way with people. I've even seen her on numerous occasions with a broom and dustpan. Keep up the good work team!

Try the one in Grand Prairie on Pioneer Parkway
True, but they have great Group X Instructors. I don't use the locker room or sauna there. The location in Addison has the best locker room.
