What good does it do to lock things up? I have been trying to get a associate even ask for a manager to unlock so I can make a purchase no one has showed up and now there are two of us waiting for a key. Really bad service

Complaint to the store manager. This is unusual

Call the store. Advise them that you are currently in their store and need assistance with the alcohol (for example). Tell them how long you've been waiting for assistance. Politely, of course. They will send someone right over to help you. I've done this and it works. Its better in Nevada, they don't lock it up. They put it up front by the registers. 😊
