The customer service was terrible! I was there last night, and the employees left customers waiting in the aquatic section for a very long time. It was pretty obvious they wanted customers to leave an hour before closing time. They didn't answer questions and turned the lights off making it more difficult to see the fish.

My husband and I took our German Shepard Zoe to Petsmart to get a bath and a de-shed. She has been shedding her winter coat and us brushing her wasn’t helping haha. We were very impressed with what an amazing job they did!! They bathed her, de-furminized her, cleaned her ears and teeth, and trimmed her nails. She smelt so good and we could tell that she felt so much better. We did have to wait a few hours, which wasn’t an issue because we had errands to run. :) & it was $96 for everything! We were so impressed we couldn’t stop talking about it! Needless to say, we will be bringing her back along with our dachshund! Thank you Petsmart staff!!!!

I don't believe I have ever seen a hunny event in store. Your local shelter will have bunnies for adoption, guaranteed. Go there instead and you'll be finding your next pet.

The boy will dominate her and you will hear fights. He will mount and you will have babies. Same thing happened with mine. I asked for all females and they gave me one of each. Had babies. Adorable, you'll love them.
My daughter took her dog to the classes at this store. She loved it. She has a cute pittie. He is the most well behaved dog ever. He gets along with all dogs and all people. Well, except for Chihuahuas, they scare him, LOL.
We paid for ours, I believe $120 and that included the chip, him being neutered, his vaccinations, the heart and parvo meds, collar, leash, and of course the registration, tags and paperwork. And they do the adoptions, as mentioned in another post, on the weekends only. And not every weekend so checking PetSmarts schedule by calling would be the best way to know. They'll let you play and walk them and see how you get on with them so you can best decide. Just an fyi though...some seemed as if they were a bit sedated. So be sure to ask if when you take them home and they turn out to be a not so great fit what your options and/or their policies are in returning, exchanging or getting a refund. I think it was 14 or 30 days. Hope you find the best friend he or she has been waiting for!!
Because they are adoptions/rescues, there is no guarantee about breeds ir ages of dogs that will be there.
