I am no M.D. but I will say absolutely you can benefit from float therapy. It will be beneficial for you hypertension. What float does is relaxes you to another level.
Hi Mary! You can definitely float when you have high blood pressure, as Gabriel suggested there are studies being done currently to show the benefits of floating on high blood pressure. As always, check with your doctor first to get clearance. In the meantime, here's some more information: https://mylowerbloodpressure.com/floatation-therapy-for-high-blood-pressure?cn-reloaded=1
This is why i went!
Not a medical professional but there's nothing to the treatment that would cause in increase in blood pressure. Unless you're high anxiety and claustrophobic. You float in a tub of water with salt that makes you float. Could actually be helpful as it takes pressure off your body with the water buoyancy. Again, not a medical professional. Talk to your doctor
