I went in with my fiancé who had severe knots throughout her back. Dr. Chen wouldn’t listen to us about the issues and immediately told us to leave because he believed she had “shingles”. He didn’t look at her back or listen to our story, rather he just jumped to the worst case scenario. The redness was due to a deep tissue massage that finished 5 minutes before hand but he wouldn’t listen to that. I’m sure some people will have a better experience but we’re giving 1/5 stars due to the lack of respect from the Dr.

Dr. Chen is a wonderful practitioner. I have been treated by acupuncturists for 24 years and highly recommend Dr. Chen. He listens thoroughly, provides excellent care, and communicates clearly. I highly recommend Dr. Chen for managing chronic pain, balancing your system, and addressing issues before they become chronic. Parking is easy, scheduling is easy, and accessing care is a breeze!

I highly recommend Dr. Chen for acupuncture! I have struggled with a chronic injury for the past five years, and have seen orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, physical therapists, and tried all sorts of treatment plans. Even after a few sessions with Dr. Chen, my pain and was significantly less and inflammation had decreased. His treatment plan has been a game changer for my recovery. Acupuncture is underrated and it is a very effective medicine. Dr. Chen is the best choice for acupuncture because he is personable, thorough, experienced, and has a fitness/sports background. His approach to acupuncture amalgamates the traditional Chinese medicine approach with an muscular/physical therapy approach. I have been going to him once per week for months and will continue to do so!
