I love this facility, it has been amazing my 1st 2 visits. The staff is warm and friendly, love the ambience and it is relaxing to sweat out all the toxins while watching your favorite shows. They have a little room to relax and enjoy tea and orange slices after your sweat session.

Not only this place is clean and super relaxing but the Girls there are truly amazing and honest !!! They help you even carry your box up (which is truly helpful, definitely not expected and makes you feel greeted and cared for) I really appreciate them taking the extra mile for customers !! Your belongings are right next to you in a plastic box and no one enters the room while you are relaxing (They only come in to check on you which is very nice, they even bring you a wet towel to put in your forehead if you are too hot!) I will definitely come here for many more sessions!!! Thank you ladies in Pasadena!!! I love this place!!!

ShapeHouse is awesome. The staff is friendly, the location is clean, and sweating is the perfect way to release stress after a long work week. I sleep better, I'm in a better mood the whole next day... and it's just nice to know there's a place you can go to to meditate, or watch your favorite show, and also be releasing toxins and burning calories just by showing up and laying in a bed.
