The staff prefers you to make appts, at this time. The assistants will probably accept walk-ins if absolutely necessary. You won't be able to go into the office. Wait outside, til they come to you, to discuss your pet's situation. They've been extremely busy. The Vet is busy doing surgeries too, so they need the office clean, following Covid regulations.
