I would always make a reservation as well, if you're going during any semi popular meal time. Plus Google makes it easy, that's what we do and haven't had a problem getting a table (and walked in when all the waiting area is packed and people are also waiting outside... Just walked in and got a table each time)

I work there my friend and it's always better to make reservations. You don't need them, but I recommend it if you don't want to wait for a table.
No, you dont need reservations, but the larger the group of people the longer you will have to wait.
