I made a reservation for two on my visit. It was not needed. At that time of night if it is weekend then a reservation will not hurt. It us a simome call in. But for couples you should not have long eait times even without a reservation
If you have a large group yes. If not, you should be good.
I think it may depend on size of your group and day of the week. We went at 8pm on a Monday with 5 people and it was pretty empty.
