Are there bike paths on the beach?

At the end of the park is where the trails begin going south all the way to what used to be called the thunderbowl at Rincon point, then the bike path continues along the beach all the way to Ventura

Nope.

There's a small boardwalk, haven't seen an actual bike path however. They are pathes and roads not far behind the beach though.
