I’ve lived here for about 10years, and I first came to live and help my Dad with my Mom who was battling Cancer at the time,so at the time I first got here I was 54 and you had to be 55years or older to live here at the time?,I don’t know if it’s this way now as I write this?,and at the time I moved here no pets were allowed?, This I know isn’t true now? Or if it was ever true?, Is the big Question, now the Dog that lives around me seems to think he’s “King of the Lot” as he barks about 10:00pm as his owner I guess takes him out for a nightly number 1,? Other then this it’s pretty much a very quite Respectful mobile Park, Neighbors are genuinely nice?, but I don’t own a dog or Cat but if I did I definitely would train him or her not to go out that time of night and decide to bark so the park can know your out there?, it’s very disrespectful to people like me who go to sleep at 9:00pm

Found our little “slice of Heaven” just at the right time. No “suburban” noise on Sundays. Senior/Owner-only. Rent-Controlled Vintage park scrupulously maintained, well-organized and kept up. Resident mgt very helpful, Resident Board very active and involved. Great Activities. Delightful population.

Awesome mobile home park next to an avocado orchard. Anyone from our of town would mistake these mobile homes for houses they are so well cared for and nice materials used.

Rancho Granada is a very friendly and well maintained community. It’s quiet, and of course, because of its proximity to the ocean there’s always a breeze. Space rent is also the lowest in the area.
