That is common and yes they are cut and dry old school not alot of talking more like here's the car you like it great sign here have a good day thats just how they are i was surprised too but got a great deal
the service I receive was as if they are busy and in a bother. that sums it up. if they don't need yoy why be good to you
Never had any problems with the dealership. Salesman went out of his way for me so I could buy me Ford Focus Sedan.
Was there for over 3 hrs. And left in an office waiting for finance , just so the sales person can come out and tell me what I didn't want to hear, there customers service was horendous didn't even apologize for making me wait so long. Towards the end I left their and purchased elsewhere.
Just make sure they explain anything and everything to you they do such a high volume of business sometimes they get too busy and miss some information but they are still a great company/dealership
