Yes they will get fixed and you need to be patient about this. Equipment breaks down and they wait on technicians to show and sometime they need to order parts. But please give it a day or so. I'm sure it will be up and working. Have a great day.
Some McDonald's are privately owned, so it depends on which on. I personally don't get my shakes anywhere , except Jacks. I know it's ice cream, better price, and quantity! McDonald's used to have the best fish sandwich, last time I ate one, months ago, it wasn't fluffy and flavor was like card board!
