Is it possible to get patrol from teenagers hanging out on the equipment you can't use it because they are using it to set on. The park trail the grass is growing on it with snakes laying there. Thank you

At the Barwick park? Teenagers sitting on the equipment? Path overgrown with grass? I am there almost every day, and I am not seeing what you say..perhaps kids hang out for a short period after school.
