This is one of my favorite parks in Delray Beach. There is a wonderful one and 1/4 mile fitness trail and outdoor exercise equipment and now there is an incredible brand new playground that opened on June 10th. Delray Beach Parks and Recreation has been creating new playgrounds throughout the city and this may be the best one yet. The new playground has a Jetsons space vibe. The highlights is the two, four story slides. In addition to the slides there are so many places to crawl, nest, climb, and test your balance. There is a shade cover overhead to protect the kiddos from the sun. Along with Sugar Sand Park, this is one of the nicest playgrounds I have seen in the area. The park also has a restroom and tables to picnic along with dispensers to fill your water bottles. This is an excellent place for safe and free family fun in the fresh air.

What a great park now with the new playground and slide!!! It's got a walking trail that winds all over the park, outdoor exercise equipment and a covered area.

Nice park to walk/jog. Nice winding trails, which makes it fun to exercise. The trail is about a mile long but it depends which way you go on the trail. Could be shorter or longer. If you like a lot of people around you while you exercise this park is for you. But if you are the type who wants to relax and need more space between you and others, then you may not like it. Good parking area. Playground area for the young ones. Some exercise equipment as well. There's a fire departament right at front. No BBQ grilles, but I think you can bring your own. Picnic area. Lots of benches throughout. Men and women bathrooms. The men's bathroom was clean but could use a little updating. No pets allowed. Thanks for checking in. Have a blessed day.

The park is definitely suitable for children but there's only one pavilion. Not sure if it can be rented.
I don't why not and there is a designated dog park east on Lake Ida just east of the I95 overpass on the N side...
Ok
