Why does benchmark have property managers that dont do there jobs and avoid contact with the residents or address the problems just a poorly run company

Benchmark should be ashamed the way they treat the association members and tennants they treat the properties like slums they ger big money and do as little as possible its been 12 days since the hurricanes have come and gone still the property is a mess trees down grass not cut garbage and furniture on the ground by the dumpsters and yet they do nothing

We replaced the company we had for many reasons that it would take too much space to write. Hopefully they're going to care of many issues as soon as they begin their services. Maybe you should ask for a different manager to run your account. I reckon that time will tell in our situation. Anything is by far better than what we had! They truly impressed us to the max! Again let see what happens.
