Yes you can at that location. (Humane Society of Broward County) I live in that area and there is quite a few cats that I feed on the outside that I see twice a day .And I have a friend in Coral Springs that I pay her and she come and trap the cats with me get them spayed and neuter and vaccinated so when I went to visit over there I was telling them about the cats or they were telling me to bring them I said they're already fixed and those cats most of them are like outside cats so they said at any time when I do get any of them and I want to bring them I could so I'm sure you can bring the cats over there.

I think you have to go to the other location. I believe it's called Broward county animal Care and adoption. If you do drop it off there I know there's a fee to surrender it
