The Humane Sociery will do all that, they usually do the shots before you leave.

You can go to aspca.com for some resources. Also, you should go to the main humane society and explain your situation. See if they can help you. I know it can be expensive to have your animal neutered. That is what I found when I searched Google. Depending on what area you live in, there may be free services near you.
