This year (2017). The Carmel Mtn Costco will not have real trees. They did not have them last year either, but they were available in years prior. The Poway Costco has real noble firs for $53.
They have artificial trees inside down the middle aisle on the last two rows towards the back but I have never seen fresh trees at this Costco. In the same area there are a ton of other Christmas items including toys and decorations.
