No pets are allowed, only service animals. The last time i was there, about 2 weeks ago, someone had a small dog in a carriage. They were quiet and bothered no one, and no one asked them to leave. Even though i do not recommend breaking the rules, it seems that if you're quiet about it, you may be able to get away with it.
