I was pleasantly surprised to find NBA merchandise here. And usually can get some good Disney stuff too but lately the prices don't seem as low as they used to. Still a good deal and the staff is always Super Friendly !

Store is open. Wait cue is required. Takes about an hour to get called back, then wait another 10 to 15 min. Outside the store. I did see cast members allowing people with service dogs in the return cue line without waiting before like everyone else. NOT EVERYONE USES THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO SKIP THE WAIT TIME. EVERYONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS. prices are not as low as they normally were. No additional discounts.

They are only letting a few people in at a time. There is a line. And on weekends you have to add your name to the que and They will text you when it is your time to enter.
No in person shopping only. But there are online shoppers who track inventory and shop for you apparently

I work at the auntie Anne's next to it as far as I know right now it's close but the mall goes back to regular hours on Friday it may be open due to regular mall hours
