I had the same problem, the nurse looked at me like she never heard of a password. then they charged me .10 a sheet to get my own records and made me come back twice. literally the worst hospital ive ever seen in my life. by far.
Try calling the hospital and asking for the medical records department. Keep in mind they will try to charge you per page
