Snyder Park has a dog park that you can walk your dog on without a leash it's all fenced in or you can walk your dog on a leash but I don't recommend it they also have a dog lake that your dog can swim or play in but there are areas of the park that dogs are not allowed it's an awesome place to take your dog and to go without your dog
Yes everybody there is dog lovers & dog friendly.
Not really just a small dedicated area for swimming.
