Any body of water in Florida can have alligators present. Don't know if any have been spotted there.

Gina S | Sep 7, 2018

Alligators aren't terribly common in East Broward. I'm sure any that might show up would be trapped and removed. The lake is only for dog swimming.

They have found gators in it but it has been a long time. They do clean the lake once out twice a month of I'm not mistaking

Haven't seen or heard of one there in over 20yrs, but this IS S. Florida... it's not out if the question.
