Probabably best to get a baby sitter. I think the sound may be a bit loud for child sensitive ears .. or make it a picnic OUTSIDE the actual concert. If you must bring child, grab a blanket and setup in the park to listen
Not sure if there is an age limit but you would probably have to puchase a ticket for her. Call their office and ask THEM.
