When you drop off, do you need to take items in the front door or is there a drop off area?

The front door IS the drop off area. This is a collection-only place. They will come out to your car and help you put your stuff in a large rolling bin. They'll take it inside the door to the right and put the bin on a scale. You can get credit for how many pounds you donate. Then, to the left of the entry door is a computer where they can email you a receipt if you'd like. It goes very fast.

They will help unload items into a cart/basket to be taken inside to be weighed. You can then get a receipt.
