How do you get a maintenance fee statement of account and how often is it distributed to the home owners ?

So you don't get a monthly maintenance statement showing how your maintenance fees are being used as described by law

I pay mine monthly, but you can also pay a discounted annual payment. Statement of responsibility and fees is included in closing documents with rules and covenants. For more info contact Park office.
