I received a new license plate from state of south carolina. sc changed the look of the plate for 2019. Do i have to surrender my old one. Can I mail it somewhere?

There are cases where you can keep the old one. Check with them directly.

Yes you must surrender old one or mail it to sc dmv. But if you mail it, you will not have proof you aurrendered it
