The more you learn. The more you can teach others in the process so they won't have to go threw it and if they do. They know where they stand.

I went into the office thinking of the worst but have no fear, Victoria was so helpful. I am very lucky to have had her assistance today.

Questions & Answers

Would Arakas use his position to push someone..that he doesn't like..around..regardless of the evidence..or what SEVERAL witnesses say? Does Arakas think that being a magistrate makes him more intelligent than everyone else?

I don’t believe he cares about anyone or any law

How many times does a person have to lie..and get caught lying..right in front of Arakas..before he catches on that the person is a liar? Would a child catch on? Why is the Bible used in Arakas' courtroom?

He can’t tell a lie from the truth !

What keeps these magistrates in check? They're allowed to close the courtroom. Their name is permanent on the bench. Their constituants know who will hear every case that comes thru. Real judges are rotated. Never know who you'll get. This is crazy.

Arakas can use and abuse his position..get his kicks by disrupting honest folks lives. Taking the devils side. Asking for forgiveness on his death bed wont do a bit of good. He'll be amazed at how long it takes to burn up a 5'3" runt in hells lake of fire. An eternity.

Is the Attorney General of South Carolina over the MB magistrate..Arakas..or is it the other way around? It's confusing because Arakas acts like he's some kind of Big Shot that does whatever he wants.

According to the Horry county government website, all offices are closed Thanksgiving and Friday as well.

Do I have to pay to file an eviction notice @ the magistrate office?

I'd recommend calling them they don't monitor google map questions. You may also find the info you need at horrycounty.org

Is there a charge for filing for eviction

Jamila Whack | Sep 14, 2018
Christine Bardo | Sep 13, 2021

Yes, $30.00 just to file. Then if you have the sheriff serve there is another fee, or you can pay a process server to serve. Then if tenant does not move if court ordered there are other fees and process.
