I have tried to make an appointment for the past several days using the online site. I've never had any problems with the site until recently. No matter what username/password I enter the site does not recognize them. I've used all of my password clues. Again, the site does not recognize me. Yes, I've tried to change my username and password but the site will not allow me to. How can I make an appointment?

What a joke! Walk ins welcome biggest lie ever! Spent 20 minutes checking in with all our personal info on a computer all to be told by said computer that there are no appointments or walk in times available! Stupid system. Put up a sign saying you can't see anyone else that day and save people some time! Take down your walk ins welcome while your at it.

Hannah Cline is the BEST Healthcare provider I have ever come into contact with in 41 years! She also treated my daughter. As long as she's here I will continue to come here! If she ever leaves, I hope she'll let me know where she goes!

We went in today and were greeted by very friendly staff. We checked in at the kiosk and got an approximate wait time. You can track how much time you have until you'll be seen online so it is very convenient if you have other things to do. When we were initially seen, she listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she called someone who did know the answer. The whole appointment took 10 minutes.
