Purchased a vehicle in VA through a dealer/finance. Paid the vehicle off. Now VA Dealer is charging $555 to release the title, stating Sales Tax $500; title $15; tags $40? does not include the property tax are these correct charges?

I bought a car in Georgia had it delivered and the DMV charged $555. So, legit. Had to pay at the assessor first.
