I moved from NC and didn’t need to take a test. Just the eye test to see if you need corrective lenses to drive or not.
We moved from NY all you gotta do is switch it over no road test, as long as it's a valid driver's license from the state you're moving from and you have 2 proofs of residency plus your other proofs of identity (birth certificate, etc..)
If we move to Myrtle Beach from North Carolina, and get license there, can we keep our NC License?
Does a cargo trailer need to be registered ?

Why would W.Va. be any different?
