You can pretty much get parking validation for any ramp that you park in but there's meters right in front as well doesn't cost a lot
We park in the Lawson ramp and they give you a stamp t pay for it.
They will give out a card for the victory ramp if you're under 2 hrs

Only during the week there is metered parking
No, but there's on-street metered parking. It's downtown, so it can be tough to find a spot.
Ramp in same building. Also metered street parking.
