In the time that I did live here I never had any issues. The management and care takers were always on point and helpful. The tenants appear to be friendly and the kids seem to play out together without any issues. Parking is great! I think the only issue I had was moving in furniture; the hallways are a bit tight. But overall I was a happy camper.

I've lived here three years. I really like the management staff right now. Melissa and Amber are attentive and actually get maintenance to you within 2 business days for non emergency calls lol (light bulbs, new blinds, etc). It is off white bear, so expect some people that are a little... Rowdy. But mind your business, and they mind theirs. Period. Bug problems come with large plexes like these. Maintenance does a great job of eradicating them. Period. I feel like my unit is over priced is my only negative lol.
