I decided to try this place because it’s attached to the hotel and was somewhat recommended by the hotel clerk. Total chaos describes the atmosphere. It took 20 minutes to get a beer after ordering it. I sat facing the kitchen and watched the cooks eating and drinking and cleaning but never did I see anyone wash their hands. I saw cooks scratching their beards and heads then preparing orders. The final straw was witnessing one of the cooks blowing his nose into his apron then immediately reaching for a plate to fill a dessert order that looked appetizing if one didn’t know what had transpired just seconds before. The same cook repeatedly used his apron to wipe his head and neck. Not one cook could be seen washing their hands between all the touching their faces and mouths. I’m going to bed hungry yet thankful that I only had a beer. I sent back the chips I’d ordered as a starter and refused to order anything else.

Came with a group of girlfriends once and it was absolute chaos the whole time (from our reservation to seating to ordering) and our food came out late. Came here today (Saturday) and there were about 14 people in the whole place when we came in. Sat at the bar and the bartender, Joshua, was yawning the entire time. Obviously bored and didn’t want to be here. I get we all are tired, but if you interact with your customers some, it might not be so boring.

Nice bar/restaurant in the heart of St Paul. Great beer selection with more than just "bar food". Pizzas are very good! Servers have always been friendly....and they even have games available to play at your table not to mention....pinball machines! (Truly a lost addition to "bars" these days! They may even have a bubble hockey machine still?) Love they support AJ on KFAN as well! Attached to a hotel as well. Nice outdoor seating area.

Nice place, pretty low-key when I went. (Tues. eve, & it was raining.) They had board & card games there! 👍🏾 My friends & I played Joking Hazard. Good place for it!
